3ROPE - three ropes - three-fold cord... 

The author of the “three-fold cord” principle is Solomon – one of the world’s most powerful ancient kings. Solomon, like very few others, possessed the means, time, wisdom and capabilities to study the recesses of the human spirit.

He observed that at some point in every individual’s life comes a time of hardship and trial in which he seeks the comfort and support of a friend – something which he would not be able to experience being all alone. On the other hand, when going through trials, it is often difficult to share our problems and to ask for help in a larger setting. Three people makes a group without making a crowd.

The number “three” symbolizes everything that is fully complete and exhaustive. With the help of three lines we are able to enclose an area – construct a basic geometric figure. All the events of the universe belong to the past, present, and future. Man consists of his thoughts, words and actions.

In the Bible, the number “three” possesses yet another meaning – God’s fullness and perfection. God Himself exists in three persons - the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Each individual person is made up of three elements: spirit, soul, and body. 

In this manner we now arrive at Foundation 3Rope’s statement of purpose as laid out by its founders. That purpose is this – to reach the basic needs of man’s spirit, soul and body. Everyone of us asks himself how he can live his life wisely. Our goal at 3ROPE is to help as many people as possible understand God’s answer to that question.
